This FREE community workshop is for caregivers—current or future—and those they care for. Together, we’ll step back to assess caregiving demands, identify gaps, and uncover what’s urgent and important. We’ll explore ways to share responsibilities and support everyone involved by leveraging strengths within their family and community. Whether planning for next week or next year, participants will leave with tools, strategies, and clarity to approach caregiving as a team, while avoiding assumptions and navigating challenges with confidence.

  About the Workshop Leader:

  Laura Cleminson

  Laura brings a unique and relatable perspective to caregiving. As the founder of the Pre-Dead Social Club, an end-of-Life doula, a member of the Health Care Decisions Coalition of New Hampshire, and a remote caregiver herself, Laura understands the challenges families face navigating aging, illness, and end-of-life care within a fragmented medical system.

  She is passionate about redefining caregiving roles and shifting perceptions of who fills them. With her thoughtful humor, compassionate insights, and practical strategies, Laura supports others in finding clarity, connection, and a collaborative path forward.
