Free Tools

  • Quality & Quantity of Life

We all exist somewhere between thriving and dying. At some point we’ll be asked to make weighty decisions (assuming death doesn’t come suddenly) as they relate to our health and how that affects quality and quantity of life. This pamphlet is one way to start navigating those questions.

  • Who Cares

Current statistics state: 1 in 5 adults will be a non-paid family caregiver— a role most of us haven’t thought about or truly understand what’s involved. This tool groups tasks into skill-sets, encourages you to expand who cares and invites the primary caregiver to resist signing-up for everything—as that leads to caregiver burnout. You and your care team will establish a baseline, notice gaps and identify what’s urgent and important. Start there, make a plan for the rest.

  • Beyond the Grave

It doesn’t matter how recent or long ago they died, we often ponder how to keep their spirit alive. Well, we’ve got some creative ideas for you AND they don’t break the bank! Have some fun with how you remember them. For those planning a funeral, memorial service, celebration of life or looking for ways to recognize a co-worker who died—download this for some solid ideas for any budget.

  • Beyond the Grave

Humans can be messy—and when we have a complicated relationship with someone who died, it’s hard to navigate how to remember them (if we want to) while we prioritize taking care of ourselves. The ideas in this free download might be just what you are looking for to navigate this chapter in a way that feels right to you.
